In a room heated to 35°C, the body becomes more flexible, muscles strengthen deeply, and toxins are naturally released. Hot Yoga combines power and letting go: you sweat, push your limits, purify yourself, and leave feeling lighter, aligned, and full of energy.

Hot Vinyasa A gentle and accessible practice that combines physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation. It helps improve flexibility, strengthen the body, calm the mind, and create a better balance between body and mind.

A fluid and energizing practice where each movement flows in rhythm with the breath, creating a continuous and stimulating rhythm. In the warmth of the studio, the body expands, strengthens, and gains mobility, while the mind becomes fully present in the moment. Hot Vinyasa invites you to release tension, circulate energy, and reconnect with your sensations, for a practice that is intense, liberating, and profoundly revitalizing. You emerge stronger, lighter, and more aligned.

Hot Yin  A gentle practice that combines adapted postures, slow stretches, and mindful breathing. It helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and support the body in reducing inflammation to restore balance and vitality.

A slow and deeply relaxing practice, designed as an invitation to let go. In the gentle warmth of the room, postures are held for several minutes to allow the body to settle, deep tissues to release tension, and breath to deepen naturally. Hot Yin blends passive stretches, guided relaxation, and meditative moments, promoting intense physical and mental relaxation. This practice soothes the nervous system, releases accumulated tension, and creates a space of inner calm, conducive to recentering, regeneration, and a profound sense of well-being.
